Verizon claims to be a fighter for BLM, and at the same is and has closed locations that employed minorities, and is moving those jobs to India, Philippines, and others countries. And also outsourcing many departments to Company's that pay employees lower wages.

Take a moment to understand the truth. To companies in the end only Green lives matter. That's what they are built for. So if making move x will make them more green then move y. They will always go move x. That is universal... never expect more.

CS at the same quality at about 1/8th the cost. No brainer to offshore.

They have been doing this for a long time. When does Verizon care about any of their employees? People should know by know to be looking for a better job so they don't have to sell rinky dink cell phones to grandma and worry about "customer exerince".
