Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Religious and medical exemptions

Some colleagues who were counting on religious and medical exemption were surprised that they were not approved. Does anyone even know what religious and medical exemptions are approved?

General Electric, 3M, Verizon, and Oracle have in the past day or so hedged their bets and snuck out of bed with the US government: no more vax requirements! We are talking about a large group of people no longer bound by the brotherhood of the needle.

Untested and very dangerous vaccine. Many are dying worldwide from the jab and people still line up to take it. Please do some research. The Mainstream media is complicit-they are lying to you. There are treatments that actually cure the virus but they are being suppressed so they can push out the jab. According to law, they cannot issue an Emergency Use Authorization if there is a viable treatment.

@9med+1dCGHyGD not sure what makes that individual receiving an approved religious exemption somehow a liar. I'm sorry that you are celebrating someone else's layoff, that is pretty sad. Sounds like you could use a hug, or a time out.

For religious exemption help, search for The Healthy American Peggy Hall. She has a whole lot of energy on her YT videos, but if you can get passed that, she shares great information!

Wow, that is really the most insensitive thing I have ever read but also ironic. The fact that you even got minor effects from COVID means you still have a much weaker immune system than someone who is asymptomatic. But keep enjoying your protein shakes made out of cow dung to maintain that body of yours. All of that muscle makes you more primitive and shrinks your brain to the size of our biological ancestors.

Covid had but a minor effect on me because I am strong, healthy and fit. The weak and unfit who contract the disease will perish. This is as Nature intended. Allow natural selection to run its course.

In fiscal year 2021, the U.S. government paid $246.9 million in claims for vaccine-related injuries and deaths. Not a single payout was related to Covid-19 vaccines.

"I had Covid in May 2020. My sense of taste was altered for months. I had a very annoying cough for 2 weeks. That's it. Stay home cowering in fear if that scares you. I'm not getting the jab. "

Another perfect example of someone that doesn't actually understand what is going on.

HPE can out-wait your argument to get a religious exemption. Get a shot or a new job. Those are your choices. Well, I guess you could just stop working and parade your "freedom choice" around but at some point mom and dad don't want you back in the house.

Maybe if you people had worn the masks and socially distanced in the first place we wouldn't have to do this. But no .........

When submitting religious requests you should first spend some time studying Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. (Under Title VII qualifying employers must reasonably accommodate an employee who requests to be exempted from a company rule or policy that conflicts with their sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances – provided that the request does not pose an undue burden to the employer.) Don't be so quick to fill out the "2 question form" and send it back - there is a lot being asked within those 2 questions if you really read them. Good luck!!!

Better get that resume brushed off. Good luck out there. It’s going to be a bear for you. Lols.

You have to show prior objections to vaccines based on your religious beliefs and provide examples. They aren't allowing the generic "because I believe". Also be careful if you go down the fetal cell path....almost all dr-gs use these in testing so if you take anything it will be kicked out.
