W TF I am scared
Anyone have more information on this? Someone said earlier there would be layoffs in Oct. So, anyone knows more?
Any additional details on when this is supposedly happening? I am a Tampa manager with no building.

Citi is going to layoff too.

Check out who is growing instead of company names ....
Contact Center areas will be impacted. US based operations are moving to the Mexico, Philippines, and South Africa.
Wondering if it's worth applying to any open remote positions at this moment?
I am talking about director and above positions.
Or is JPMorgan or Citi/ Visa are better options?
Any news on what numbers?
Do you know if this will impact all remote workers outside a hub, or will there be some remote workers still kept? I’m in Tampa and we lost our building at the end of 2020
@Janine28475 do you have actual info or just guessing?
Anyone know when this is supposed to happen? There’s too much stress as it is, so it would help to know some date, so I won’t keep worrying about this on a daily basis. 🙏🏼
Fraud and Disputes going to bear the brunt; expect 20% reductions.
They are looking for reasons to make people quit. Expect a requirement to work in the office to come down.
This is accurate.
I’ve heard it is going to be anywhere outside of 100 miles from a hub.
Whatever God has in store is OK. As long as the entire company goes under and nobody is spared. Just watch I'll happen.
Now cutting in Card may not be a bad idea since it's bloated so to spare the others.
Do we know what areas of Card and what locations? This is horrible and especially approaching the holiday season
Since their business is based on credit card revenues with all the defaults I'm not surprised Card will be hit hard. Let's see if they place them on PIPs to get out of paying severance or do the right Thang and pay severance and unemployment insurance.
Anymore insight on the scope of what remote teams or LOBs will be impacted? Would this include phone roles and Individual Contributors? I’m also at a location that saw their on-site building close at the end of 2020 and have no on site options available to me
As an AR associate I can confirm.
cpe already started to do something similar
The company lost my trust years ago. What they say means nothing. Trust is critical in any type of relationship.
Was something announced? How do you know it is Card and remote workers in Card?
Even those that have roles that are permanent remote? I’m in a location that had their building closed after COVID so there is no option for me to get an in office role without moving out of state.
