What is the true consensus? There are a bunch of rumors going around. What do you think is happening or going to happen now that "Transformation" is in place. What is Transformation? Another reorg or layoff? Or something else? Confused by it all.

JD will be shown the door due to lagging stock price and poor financial outlook.
There is a rumor about reorg in the MKT/DES departments at product creation.
anyone know what areas will be effected? Product Creation? NXT? DPC?
@1rvz I don’t know specifics on timing other than it is unlikely to happen prior to holiday unless they are further along than I’ve heard and could execute a plan before mid-Oct. My guess based on previous experience and what I’ve been told is planning is now and execution is right after holiday.

It’s a layoff and reorg coming. Bain is here orchestrating it all - they’ve started interviews across multiple functions. Also, HR is reviewing org structure for low span of control which is ominous.
Don’t worry about it. Nike is doing transformation since 2000, wait a while few leaders will come, few leaders will leave. Nothing will change unless you work in org that’s not new leader’s favorite
