It's a bit sad that the leadership has brought the company to this state where I no longer know anyone who is not looking for an opportunity elsewhere... Is there anyone who has high hopes for this place and wants to stay here? I doubt it. I would also keep my eyes open and look for better opportunities, but I'm counting down to retirement.

Gaslight much? I bet you’d tell a battered wife not to leave her husband because she’ll never find anyone better. Nice. You’re a real POS.
Everyone is looking now out of self defense. I know Fiserv can be harsh. I'm not sire though that it's much better at any other company.
As the non market stiffens, I would be grateful for a great job - it won't be easy to replace what you've got. Buyer beware the bad advice given on this site to quit your job - ask the poster if they will pay your bills when you can't land another job.
To the analyst in BH: I am curious as to what your job entails? It probably equates to a job title we’re familiar with from the past but all things are new in BH. Do you code? Work issues for clients? Something else?
I can tell you firsthand as an analyst at BH that neither myself nor the other analysts I've gotten to know so far are feeling very loyal or pleased with the company already.
They are cooking the books at BH by recruiting lots of freshers for the "Analyst" program. I wonder how many of them will stick around
I use the guest WiFi to reply to LinkedIn recruiters, just to stick it to FB.
I just accepted a new position outside of Fisv. after I announced it, half of the people that came over to congratulate me have asked if the new company is still hiring. Most everyone in my department is looking for a new job. Fiserv dun f'ed up. good job Frank, ya loser!
Sounds like headcount went up a few hundred. Frankie hire on his in-laws recently?
Over 35k! Workday has the head count at 35,166....
Under 35k bozo. Try again.
Anyone saying the company still has 40,000 employees is clearly a shill. I'd bet you aren't even an actual employee, you probably work for an outside agency, no wonder you don't need to worry about your job.
Everyone a pretty big word to describe a small number of people who wfh and refuse to even consider a move. 40,000 plus not in the everyone, but good try.
