10% employees gone/layoff Tuesday! You guys will be missed. Ugh still stuck at that horrible place.
@4Byen+1qk2wXhZ what location is this?
Latest update, cafeteria closing, being converted to IV refill stations!!!! Live love Fiserv
What a miserable place it is now and getting worse!!!!! Sr mgt out to collect souls it seems, when is the next layoff wave and how to get in on it?!?!?
It’s August and remote job was cut. Myself and one other member of my team. Two weeks paid til sept 4 and two months severance. Why hire so many people and cut people later? Loved the company loved the job but no love for the FU after 8 months.
So glad I am not working for this dumpster fire of an organization
Mu replacement didn't know what I meant when I said "payment network." This should be real interesting.
All the folks must love waiting 2 hrs to take a cr-p at the Berkeley Heights offices because its so overloaded. So does a Fiserv employee kr-p in the woods outside of the Berkeley Heights offices?
All the folks must love waiting 2 hrs to take a cr-p at the Berkeley Heights offices because its so overloaded. Frank has such good skills in capacity management.
Last days for remote workers who have decided not to uproot their lives to move to a COE are 1/18 and 2/15 so far. Each wave was given 60 days notice. Given that track record, the next group to receive an end date near mid-March will hear their final dates by 1/15.
Half of my team in payments is being laid off in March since they're being replaced by people in NJ. The rest of us are expecting to be laid off by the end of the year once NJ is thought to be up to speed
What does FIG actually stand for?
“I’m getting laid off this month. Can I file for unemployment if I get severance?”
Differs by state. In some, you must wait until the severance period expires. Check your state website.
I am pretty tired, it's perfect timing. Just do it! Now!

I Heard of several long term employees leaving this week. It’s a sad state of affairs here at Fiserv.
Some remote people asked to move to a location 4 months ago, are getting severance and last day will be Jan 18. It is a shame because some of the employees have knowledge that will be leaviing with them; therfore, negatively impacting the clients. Client support has already lost so many good employees!!!
this ain’t it

Execs know they need to strike while the iron is hot, and the stock is peaking. If they hold their shares they won't get as much for them later.
Execs have been selling a lot of shares lately so something is going on.
I personally think the layoffs will be remaining remote workers and folks who are not going into the office.
Surprisingly I still see people on teams that are tied to the state and to an office location.
BOLO issued for Touch-Point meetings.
a RIF layoff in Jan. More remotes and office closures employees will have their last day in Jan and Feb. this will continue until there are none left.
