Things at Nike have been looking up a bit lately, and I’m feeling a little more hopeful. However, I’m still on the lookout for something better, and I’m not planning to stop anytime soon. Quitting is definitely still on my mind.

You’re so brave for posting this. This has given me the inspiration to start to look on the outside. You are such an icon you should post your deep thoughts on LinkedIn.
Again, Nike is the best company out there. Don’t quit. Its a privilege working here. Alot of people wish to work here but they dont get to because its competitive. Better feel fkn proud to work here.
I wouldn’t recommend quitting until you have found something else, unless you are having health issues as a result of the job (and then I would recommend speaking with your doctor about filing a disability claim). The job market is tough right now.
Be part of the solution or GTFO.
Theres nothing better than Nike. I’m sorry but its the truth. So don’t waste your time and quit. Working here is a privilege so be thankful.
