@1ubg+197hPaxA - As it relates to EEOC, do you have a better chance of filing a harassment charge versus retaliation, if the circumstances are similar? Or filing both and let the EEOC determine? I've heard that "constructed dismissal" is a tough one.
I have an atty. We haven't filed yet but planning to. Harassment isn't an option we've discussed but I'm definitely planning on it. Thank you for the thought provoking comment.

Remember HARASSEMENT is against the law. You have a more, ethical and legal responsibility to report this to authorities who will snip this behavior, preferably with criminal charges. HR and Management here is pretty much useless, they cant even do their own jobs.
Management and HR is using this card to get rid of workers. THey need to be the one's to go by being pushed out. Middle management is less than useless at the bank.
I know between Mar and Feb is when the end is coming for many here working in the fake tech and fake ISC dept here, but in reality that is a blessing
According to SVB, the layoffs in IT will start in 2nd quarter. Which means after Mar 31st.
@1esm+197hPaxA, you are right, Ill ask to be second in line and go get a real tech job versus paper pushing and fake work all day

I know a guy that has a friend who is married to a woman who he thinks works in IT and she said it is going to be a bloodbath in February. So, there's that....
yes there will be tech layoffs Feb - Mar; I know for sure our group will get hit.
The issue is most of these people really dont do much, like patching is something the company should have automated decades ago. That is not a risk or info sec function per say, its really just day to day ops.
The IT and infosec sectors are extremely inefficient all the way thru to the applications here, all are monolithic. They need to move their investment to these fixing these apps and removing all the overlapping ones.
I don't know if there are layoffs in IT this month or not, all I know for sure is that everyone is a yes man...even the women.

Of course there are layoffs in February, there are going to be layoffs for a year or two.
So glad you can decipher the calendar. I had no idea it was almost Feb 2021.
