All the outsource reps do is blind transfer customers to each other and make the customers mad but if it keeps up the disconnects will bring the call volume down soon enough

It's a great sign. All decisions are coming back to the 'leader' making bad choices. He will be gone soon enough. Afterwards it will be time for the next corporate shill to run the company, most likely from India.
