How's it going?

To: @3sen+1pix8mPN, I wish you were right. They are definitely moving some nurses around and laying off some. Not sure of the timing yet.
Doubling down means more than the usual, which would be the hiring freezes, etc….CMs are not that hard to find, there is no shortage of those that want to do remote work
That does make sense.
CMs telephonic are being replaced by Centerwell

CM (RN) are at a premium with nursing shortage and difficulty finding nurses in general and are needed as they are member facing and enrollment is about to start. I do not see any RIF for CMs (RN) coming any time soon. I was in a meeting where it was commented that the dialer nurses "are worried" and that "they have no need to be." There may well be other areas impacted by a RIF - Bruce just mentioned in this last Monday email "we need to double down on lowering our internal costs" but that can also mean not filling vacancies, not approving new positions and other cost reductions.
Poster, you are dreaming! And yes, dialer will pick up with less staff, and with open enrollment….CMs will be hit hard, there are more of them then others, and CMs are licensed in all states, so realignment is easier and time of work hours can also be easier to staff
Last poster you know this how?
Don't worry they are not laying off CMs and the dialer is going to get busier....
Just wasting time waiting for calls to come in now.
Love the dialer. I don’t have to waist my time on UTC’s
