Any insights on next layoff cycle? Heard massive cuts are coming on Feb this month.

Someone want to tell us what is, why we need and how many Operational Excellence Managers and senior managers with this job title we have? We are hiring them all over the footprint while riffing existing people. What kind of BS job is this that we are hiring outsiders to fill.
So in all the riffs thus far has the Chief Teammate Officer downsized the DEI group. Seems to be a rather large group of high paid individuals associated with this initiative. Curious if any of these outstanding bottom line contributors have been affected.

Wealth is done. They went in round 1 in November. Lots of wealth advisors, tis regional managers (10 regions cut down to 6), tas support staff, and half of cac management were axed.
Any word on Wealth? There's an all hands call next week.
