Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I don't understand this leadership

Instead of building a good working atmosphere and doing whatever they can to keep good talent, all they are doing is chasing everybody away. When something goes wrong, instead of figuring out how it went wrong and what can be done to fix it, they start pointing fingers and retaliating. And they expect us to want to stay here under such conditions? He-l to the no. The attrition will only get worse, and with good reason.

@3qpv+1gWQ8duW, I am very sorry to hear that. The same thing happened to our company five years ago when we were acquired by First Data, before the Fiserv merger. First Data took yet another once-prosperous and happy company and tore it to pieces, forcing the majority of our talent out. I can tell you for certain that it will only get worse as time goes on, even when it seems like that is not possible.

It is very sad what First Data/Fiserv have done to destroy several good, employee-focused small companies around the country through their ceaseless acquisitions. I can only hope that an anti-trust investigation will someday befall them.

Apparently this management group has never run a technology company and understand the imporants and cost of retaining talent and knowledge.

That's what happens when the management thinks they are running a slave farm instead of a company.

I work at Finxact and it has been total chaos here ever since we were acquired. I wish the acquisition never happened.
