If the vaccines work, then why are we still wearing masks?

I agree.

Returning to the office is id--tic.

There cannot be workplace spread if no one goes to the office.

If Covid is such a danger, and pushing a mandate for the booster, then why the RTO mandate? Fully vaccinated with 3 jabs are still passing away from Covid.

If the shots are just saline, then there isn't a reason not to get the shot. Lose your job for nothing.

Both Trump and I believe Biden got the booster shot. I'll also get the booster shot.

To @3ivd+1enz4Lv1.

You seem ignorant of COVID numbers and the purposes and efficacy of vaccines, of which preventing death is one.

COVID is the third highest cause of death currently. Rates for seniors are 15% higher than average, while for those younger it is 27% higher than average, meaning YOUNGER people are not "safe" from severe or fatal COVID, in fact, they're at higher risk of death. This doesn't even touch on the potential for long haul COVID even from mild cases (currently somewhere between 30% and 50%) which could affect people in ways we don't even understand yet. Vaccines are shown to help with that too.

I am sorry you are so misguided and that you cannot even come up with a logical argument. It's never too late to reconsider this position, and I sincerely hope you do. It sounds like you have been brainwashed to your own detriment.

To imply that the vaccines are just saline solution puts your ignorance on full display.

"to "I got my booster" - Great, you lived to post about it. That means the vaccine worked."

Surviving a 99.9% survivable virus is proof the vaccine worked huh? Man I am in the wrong business. How do I get paid to just put saline in a syringe and sell it as a "vaccine"?

My coworkers are most annoyed about wearing masks. Requiring them to wear masks at all times will ...be interesting.

My 'employee zone' is the office in my house. You know, the place where I have zero chance of being a breakthrough infection and developing long covid. Only Fiserv HR would send out a message telling employees about 'safety enhancements' that are nothing but theater and are sure to get you omnicron from breathing shared air.

Dear HR

Put aside Frank's ego and do the right thing for employees. The safest thing to do is let employees work from home. Going back to the office during this surge is unnecessarily endangering everyone. Stop being so tone deaf.

There are no plans to require the booster at this time of employees. More information will be communicated next but we're asking all employees to return to the office full time starting January 3. We'll be implementing enhanced protections including daily testing, requiring face masks at all times and designating each employee to a zone within their building.

Tired of mixed messages…I’ve been back in ofc 6 months…not happy with unequal treatment…they are not honest with what their plan is for unvaccinated…

8 BILLION DOSES OF COVID VACCINE ADMINISTERED. GLOBALLY.

The Menegele / Tuskegee comment is farcical

Vaccination is NOT mandated. Neither is an employer mandated to retain a non-vaccinated person. Decisions have consequences.

I just heard the synchrony team was told today they only have to be in the office two days a week…,and an unvaccinated person still wfh had never been told she will lose her job on Jan 4…in fact she got a raise

I'm allowing them to fire me on Jan 4th - not signing the severance offer either (yes, there will be one)

"Fiserv is protecting employees"

Life is a terminal condition, and I do not want or trust the protection of a 'benevolent master'. They put us more at risk by demanding we go back to the office (cars are dangerous).

Just a heads up to folks looking forward to Berkley Heights. There is strong speculation that NJ might (notice I wrote "speculation" and "might") go back on lockdown or modified lockdown after the New Year. FWIW.

To the person asking about my religious exemption who said, "If your refusal to get vaccinated results in your own infection and the subsequent spreading of the virus...". The "vaccine" does not prevent getting the virus or spreading it.

People accomplish more when they are together. Innovation doesn’t happen in a vacuum. To become the worlds best fintech we need to gather and make it happen. Looking forward to Berkeley

I am intrigued by the concept of a "religious exemption". If your refusal to get vaccinated results in your own infection and the subsequent spreading of the virus to vulnerable people, what is the position of your religion regarding the liability of your decision on others?

The omicron variant is highly contagious. Lord knows what the impact will be on the unvaccinated this winter season. Please protect yourself, your family, your workmates and society at large by getting the vaccine and boosted if you qualify. This is my humble opinion, consult your doctor for authoritative advice....

If they want people to work in the office, then requiring booster shots is a good idea.

They may soon be needed to count as "fully vaccinated."
