God help our club if the Leads take over. The MSS' are so incompetent. The place is a mess. We were not ready for big event to start today. Sale signs were not up, members were mad. Pathetic leadership for sure. We all had to run around getting the signs up. So sad. There is no communication. We got a new phone system and nobody took the time to tell anyone how to use it. Our club pickup area is a sh– show.
Very sad state of affairs for the "leads" to take over. Most can't even tie their own shoes!

What an immoral, worthless, piece of krap company.
I thought they would cut store level management first but as the old saying goes. "C-ap runs downhill" Leads get ready because the company is going after managers next and you're taking over officially not that you haven't already but they probably won't increase your pay.
