They are managing employees out. And they are lying to the staff. People should be on guard. They don’t want to pay severance so are trying to fire first. If you get wrote up you are next to go, they are managing you out. Prepare your resumes.

What about Molina Healthcare of Nevada? Something fishy is going on. I don't trust it.

There is a big restructuring underway with reduction in force as core objective. Getting into individual contributor role is a safe bet for now except for PMO folks. The new VP is planning to cut PMO group by ~30% as there are no new contracts.

yes - there will be layoffs in March. Starting in Utilization Management. They will continue with centralization and will increase the metric so they can manage low performers out. they need to be down 50 or more people by early March

I’ve noticed that now most positions that are remote require workers to work in the state where the remote position exists. So instead of living and working in PA and working remotely for a country wide position. Positions are no longer available. Could Molina have been in violation of Medicare and Medicaid rules? So we were collateral damage to right their wrong. And thoughts. Good workers gone.

They did NOT lay off “troubled” workers. They laid off good, hard working people right before Christmas.

I heard in a meeting that there will be more. Meanwhile, those of us left are overwhelmed with the responsibilities of our separated former peers. We can only hope that the company will compensate us fairly for the added responsibilities.

I was laid off early December. I was anything but trouble.

Reading about "troubled" individuals were the ones let go, I'm over here wondering what in the world I did to have them thank I was trouble!

Stink panther here, just left my second UPPER DECKER of the day in the toilet (work from home). I hear they're going to absolutely decimate Ohio, it's going to look like East Palest!ne once netenyahu (I mean JZ) gets through with it. (Just kidding but one could wish)

Money probably motivated the layoffs, not "troubled" individuals. Lots of excellent people were let go.

For those laid off, look for government aid. There are tons of grants and acts out there that might pay for tuition and the bills. You might have too much pride to use a government handout but non-mericans take full advantage of it on your dime so use it.

For those who are still employed, layoffs should be celebrated. Severance packages are amazing, and someone making such a life choice FOR YOU should be spitefully appreciated.

Now go pop the lid off the nearest toilet tank.

I am starting to think they let go of the ones they felt was trouble. Those that they knew could sue them for issues and wanted to fire them but couldn’t. I don’t think more are being let go. I think this was a way to fire some of those that they wanted gone.
