The company is tanking cause everyone is relaxing and could care less about the company cause there working from home. This never happened when people were in the office. Cancel work from home and bring everyone back to the office , the way it should be and watch the rebound.

Everyone return to office that one or teo days a month to be completely unproductive those days. The commute and grtting ready for work are certainly an issue but the big time sink is the extra work the day before and after making up for the lack or productivity from the office.

Working in the office is overrated. It don't matter where you work. How would we keep our lawns cut, house cleaned, laundry done, and cooking completed if we didn't work from home?

D-mb statement by the OP. I work harder from home and often longer hours.
Yes I definately need to go back to the office to watch everyone walk aroind and chat all day and get no actual work done. Glad some of those people took the VSP after being here decades but there are plenty more.
