Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

More consolidation in BH, etc.

It’s official: multiple functions will be moved to BH.

While some roles are classified as WFH, there otherwise will be no WFH exceptions.

Zero ambiguity: it’s all about RTO and BH.

Best of luck to all affected.

Can confirm. I’m remote and was notified recently that I have to relocate to BH or take severance… And if the latter, my last day would be 3/29.

@3efd+1nZ5yktd you are totally clueless and a great example of the misinformation prevalent on this site.

KOP is next. Lease is up and its workers are already close enough to BH. My manager told me to “get ready”.

Uprooting a family to move to Jersey, one of the most expensive states to live in the US, with no guarantee of job security is a fools errand. Especially when the leadership only understands cost cutting as a business model and has no other plan to drive revenue.

If you're 21 and single, give it a shot, if you feel like leaving the place you currently reside. If you have any kind of established life at all, he-l no.

Very happy I sold off my stock and departed. Seems nothing like what it was before FD acquisition.
I couldn’t imagine moving to Berkeley Heights just to keep this job.

Why is Ohio untouchable? Are there even any teams left?

So on the last day they will decide that your knowledge transfer was not "sufficient" and will leave you with no severance.

Risky move on their part considering how hard of a time they are having finding anyone to work for Fiserv. Will they even be able to find that many contractors in time?

I’m not sure the waiting to successfully knowledge transfer is worth it..unless maybe you are close to retirement…take your knowledge where it’s appreciated!

It would be surprising if Frank and his goons weren't such well known pieces of sh!t. Sadly it's not surprising at all.

First group of impacted associates were advised today. Year end for some others 3/2024. Outsourced client facing jobs to India. Locations where offices closed. He is lining his pockets at the expense of our clients.

When will people find out though? Thats what I'm getting at. Managers with affected employees should find out soon then right?

Don’t expect to see an “announcement” via email or on Fuel. High level meetings about “workplace strategy”and “strategic hubs”for job functions. Some people have until 9/15 to decide if they will relocate to BH. If they decide against it, they have jobs until 3/31, exit packages if their knowledge transfer to a contractor is sufficient.
