I do more than most of my teammates who are going in three days a week. There's no need for me to change anything about the way I work. If this is something they want to fire me over, so be it. They'll be cutting off their own nose to spite their face. I'll be just fine in either case.

@3boq+1hOhJ8PR, Rocket surgery?? 🤔
@2wsc+1hOhJ8PR The 40% metric is based on the denominator being those who are supposed to be back, not of the whole company.
If it was spread across the whole company it would be more like 5-10%. Have you been to an office or read these posts? I was in today and on a floor that sits probably 250 there were 4 of us and of all the days since RTO started the most full I would say it’s been is half.
It's not rocket surgery to exclude the people that RTO doesn't apply to. CAO presented the data. I guess it could be "made up", but I'm guessing that if they were going to make S up, they'd make up data less embarrassing.
A. Some lobs haven’t started RTO. We don’t start until Sept, i know others don’t start until Oct
B. Not everyone has 3 day a week requirements.
Not sure where the 40% made up number is coming from, but that would be hard to measure with everyone having different policies.
Apparently 40% of the company is still non-compliant with RTO and isn't coming in 3 days a week. Love it. Never give in.
I’m more of a General Hospital guy.
"...because you were doing laundry or watching Days of our Lives"
So penalize me and whoever is falling behind expectations. Why do you want to punish the entire workforce by making them RTO?

All they are looking is for the smallest excuse to fire you? Not in my area, I see people do stupid a-s sh-t every single day and haven't seen a mo---------r fired yet... getting fired here is difficult
“You are living in a dream if you think wells cares for how hard you work. All they are looking is for the smallest excuse to fire you and not pay severance.”
Not true. Wells Fargo does care how hard you work. You need to deliver and execute and your end-results will show. They keep track of these metrics. If it gets to the point where they are looking for the “next smallest excuse” it probably means you aren’t delivering and meeting your goals.
RTO causes epic diarrhea.
The same kind of diarrhea that occupies the brain cavities of those demanding that everyone RTO.
RTO = diarrhea

And in the same sentence wondering how you missed your meeting reminder because you were doing laundry or watching Days of our Lives.
You have nothing to worry about. I’m sure Charlie is as aware as you, just how vital you are to the doors staying open, and will give you a pass.
Agree!!!
bro
You sound like you're trying to justify that. Ok.
Cool story
