Wow - I came back here to see if there was any real "news" I should be aware of, since there is no transparency at all from management, and I must say, I don't know who is luckier, the people who lost their jobs or those still here. At lease the departed are free from this cesspool of infighting and toxicity. Speechless. No wonder this company is going down the tubes.

@381 interesting to see if it does become T. Rowe Sachs or another AM buying the firm what the impact on culture will be. Surely can’t get any worse
Culture at TRP is the worst out of anywhere I’ve ever worked at. Certain companies are known to be difficult but they don’t shy away from it. TRP pretends to be T. Rowe NICE but is T. Rowe NAUGHTY. Fake beyond fake. Can’t trust many people here.
