Minimum Severance

Hey everyone I’m newer at WF and lots of changes obviously. Does anyone know what the minimum severance is even for an employee less than 1 year of service?

@2zuk+18UKMD7C, sound like a typical Wells Fargo Employee or Manager asking the question.
So cant say it worse or better from the every day questions I see.

Presuming the employee qualifies for the benefit, 8 weeks is the minimum. There's also 0-60 days of non-working notification period before the SCP begins.

What a load of c-ap. Why should someone with a year or less get the same amount severance as someone would at 4 years service?

No, it is for you to look into. You work for Wells. The stimulus check is from the Internal Revenue Service, or IRS. www.irs.gov. If you’ve ever had an electronic tax refund to your bank account you don’t have to do anything. If not, learn about our government starting with the IRS.

I have not gotten any of the 2 stimulus checks from Uncle Sam. Now I hear another one for $1400 is coming. Would this be something HR can look into?
