Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Know your not alone

The Company wants you to think you are the minority. If you don't want to get the vaccine don't get it. You are the Majority of the workforce. If you weren't they wouldn't be reviewing exceptions to see if you can do your job virtually they would just fire you. Talk to your peers and you will be surprised at how many people feel the same way. The Company is tip toeing through this process using intimidation and coercion to get you to comply. There are over 200,000 employees reported on the web what are we doing about this?

"ATT is paying the full cost of your Healthcare. "

ABSOLUTELY WRONG BUCKO !! I broke a bone and with our wonderful (?) insurance ended up paying just under $14,000 out of my own pocket.......

We might have had good insurance at one time but not now.

Thanks obammycare....

Wait tii T furloughs the folks who don't vaccinated with no pay. Well you can pray to your religious exemption, maybe that will help.

T doesn’t pay the full cost of care otherwise, I wouldn’t be receiving all the big medical bills ever month.

AT&T DOES NOT pay the full cost of our health care. We make contributions to our health care plans. Mine is roughly $600 per month. T likes to claim they pay for 2/3 but that doesn't account for the volume kickbacks they receive just like the ones they get from AMEX. T pays a lot less than you think they do....

Orange contract will likely approve so suck it up buttercup and just get it done, or start putting in applications elsewhere if you haven’t found religion or have medical excuse that qualifies to opt out!

Funny how a lot of people suddenly found religion once COVID vaccines became mandatory, though they haven't set foot in a church or picked up a bible since childhood. Yeah, seems legit... not! #BS

ATT is paying the full cost of your Healthcare. The plans are managed by a health insurance company. But ATT pays the full cost of your care.

Weeks of COVID hospital stay can easily cost ATT as much as two FTEs - hundreds of thousands of dollars. If the Vax means you aren't hospitalized, the company has a huge incentive to require you to get jabbed. It has a lot less to do with you spreading COVID in the office and a lot more to do with minimizing corporate expense. Even for remote workers.
