I think when I leave the company I will send out a mass email to every employee possible with a detailed experience of just how fu----g terrible this company is and how terrible our executive leadership has become.

@2vjm+1aRaC7lX: Do you think most Americans are in a position financially to leave their job without anything lined up? Do you know what percentage of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, and this includes Verizon employees? Some of us don’t have the luxury or privilege to quit our job and hope everything works out, Verizon (and most companies) are holding their workforce hostage. You must be in the upper echelons of management, OR you’re just simply uneducated. Either way, I feel very bad for you and anyone that is related to you.
How about getting off your A$$ and finding something better for yourself so you can stop complaining and being so bitter. It's not like you're in a contract with Verizon. But noooo you continue to stay and hate your job. Makes no sense to me.

Verizon is still bad, even if they’re marginally better than other companies. if i shoot you in the leg, would it hurt less if i told you i could’ve shot you in both legs? probably not, it would still hurt. that’s exactly what you’re doing.

apply for city jobs that give you benefits and pay and a pension. Nobody here has it better than the executives especially Hans Solo himself he gets now $40 million when he gets fired. How? you might ask those little bothersome proxies they mailed everyone and you never filled out or responded that's how..... Be more Vocal at your job speak up don't be afraid to get fired speak truth to power.
Call center employee...For those of us who HAVE to work where do you suggest we go? All company's have rules and guidelines and most employees are never satisfied. Where can I go and make the same money I'm making now (over 25 per hour) after 12 years with the company?? 5 weeks vacation and awesome benefits. We put up with a lot but you can't deny we get a lot in return. No company is perfect .

@vlr+1aRaC7lX: lmao, no, i know it’s redundant, BUT i also feel like poisoning the well just ‘cause. some employees are on auto-pilot, and maybe a different perspective could help motivate them into finding something less toxic. at a certain point, the only employees left will be the bootlickers, and they will self cannibalize.
