No! The rumors for at least the last three years is that all the direct stores wiill eventually be closed... in VZW the rumors always come true
The goal of leadership I'd to close all direct locations and only have indirect and nationwide indirects.
They want out of brick and mortor.
I'm shocked and amazed that there are still people that are willing to work the front line at this company. I am forever thankful for leaving this sinking hanzi-scheme. Youre just another number to them. Look for new jobs and leave this s hole.
@3ahv+1py7Fj4M Someone got triggered.
Learn to read! Team Commission "was" the downfall. Past tense. We know they changed it. Time to wake up a slam something. Where have you been is more appropriate?
@2vdd+1py7Fj4M It's no longer team commission. Where have you been?
Team Comissions was the downfall of retail; woke inclusive ideology. It is a dog eat dog world. Either one makes money, then some make money or no one makes money. Team players only gets so far before they start looking at dead weight. Complacency is contiguous
No one is safe anywhere ! Not even H A N S
The specialist job is entry level so those are the safest in the company. I remember early on during Covid times there was a RIF but the reps were given a choice to move to telesales ,CS etc. It was the worst move ever because even though store traffic slowed down it came back and there was no plan for that. Even till this day there are staffing shortages throughout retail locations and a lot of the new hires leave within 90 days. The whole team commission concept was one of the worst changes made in the history of corporate retail. This also had a major impact on staffing as well.
No. But they only get laid off if the location is closed. That is how that works. So much turnover in retail though, there are always more retail bodies needed on the slam pit floor.
Yes. No one wants to work in a retail store. You can’t pay people enough to be treated like garbage. They are struggling to find people to hire.
