Call them and tell them anything that you cannot share with your HR, DM, GM because you know those don't care about you.

When you call here the call is unanimous and they don't even ask about your name.

Trust me, this is the only way to get Verizon's Attention. Soon enough you will see the real HR from HQ in your store asking questions and probably cleaning the house if necessary for those shady abusive and incompetent leadership.

Call every day if necessary, and you will see things changing!

You don't have to give your name or phone number and you will never call your local HR EVER Again!

It’s a TRAP Folks. Union is what we should have rather. Remember, it’s “Verizon” Number (which is designed to protect the company & it’s shady practices, not any individual/employees, we’re just a # for them). HR is also as corrupt as the senior level jokers plus our day to day managerial level people whom we deal with everyday. Refrain from calling HR as well, nothing has changed that it will now. Union is the only answer. If other carriers can do it, so can us. Their commission is protected for 4 yrs to go based on their contract, ours always get manipulated or abused every 6 months. I really wish Verizon’s shady business practices get publicized and everything what they’ve been doing.

Hahahaha, and then days later you get an email saying : Congratulations, you’ve been promoted to the “Customer”. Just ANOTHER HR tactic to weed out the people who talk sense. Btw, did you mention”VERIZON” compliance number?? “OH OKKK”!!!!!

As a leader, I have to make it clear, although these calls are indeed anonymous, the first thing we do is hand it over to the local HR director for an investigation.
