I have heard this and believe this rumor based on the last pattern. Sr.Dir and up- week one, lower- week two. Just curious.
Anyone got any other rumors? Org shifts? New leaders?

I heard that the week of the 15th is to provide leaders with specific names and prepare them for execution the week of 22nd.
I also heard that, unlike the previous phase, this time leaders have a voice and get to share their thoughts about some people.

Engineering and Customer Service was told to WFH the week of 4/15.
Next week it's some teams in EMEA (1st wave)
NA is scheduled for the week of April 22 - confirmed by HR. The intent is to execute all layoffs that week because SP25 IPR meetings start the 1st week of May. That only gives the company one week to shuffle people around and assign AE/ Merch coverage for the areas cut before we go to market. It’s going to be a total Sh$t show…..
I think the only reason they did Friday layoffs was so they could get the VP's out of the way before doing the rest of the leadership changes.
No email yet so not that week. The week after.
