So many people drinking the Verizon Kool aid this company is trash Verizon 2.0 employees and customer experience they don't care about there employee at all they want to drain as much as they can out of there employees and not pay them at all how can anyone be comfortable working for a company that year after year you are getting a pay cut where is your future with this company no where everyone talking Verizon is the best company to work for are smoking crack you will make more money collecting unemployment than working for Verizon the longer you stay the more comfortable you get making less and less life is to make more and more every year not go to opposites way F— VERIZION AND EVERYONE ON TOP THINKING ITS OK TO CUT PAYON THE STRUGGLING PEOPLE AT THE BUTTOMS

Well there is no overtime offered In telesales and I still pulled in $4000. Life is still good if you understand how to get paid. Nothing shady. Playing by all the rules. Just have to be smart and understand the system

@2qxc+19RA7nVJ True but unless you are working overtime in telesales right now there is no real money to be made. I have three friends who are just barely making quota month after month and they were heavy hitters in the retail stores. So 2k is the new 4K and this almost always involves overtime. No thanks.

I put 1000% effort into my side business and I put minimal effort back into verizon as it gives to me. Why should we give any thought or effort into this company? They obviously don't care about front line employees.

I am still trying to figure out what this post is about. Look at this giant run on sentence. You can stay as long as you want and wait for them to pay you to leave. In the meantime, your value and skills are diminishing at a rapid rate. I hope for those waiting for this to happen are at least taking advantage of the available tools such as getting a degree or looking for other positions. Don’t rot away in retail. You might think you are getting back at 2.0, but who knows how long that can take to get the severance. It can take 2 quarters or 2 years. One would have just wasted away 2 years and be in misery for 2 years.

I agree I'm staying till the end. Either VSP or lawsuit. What ever comes first. The hardest part of the job is slapping your forehead from all the dumb ideas and leadership.
