Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

No information as of yet

Was informed earlier this month regarding Remote Employees either needing to transfer to NJ or you will need to find employment elsewhere. Still haven't heard of a timeline or severance, nothing.

@2qvg+1duirp6Y Are you saying everyone will be formally told about the relocation by 12/31, or that 12/31 will be end of employment?

I hear of some teams who’s leadership is saying they are “safe”, any insight on that?

It’s official across the company so if you haven’t yet been told, get ready. They’re working on forcing everyone into an office ($15k relo, $20k family relo) or out (2 weeks pay for every year of service) by 12/31.

I was in a meeting in early October where everyone on the call was specifically told that we had to relocate to a specific hub location. In that meeting it was said that we would be having meetings with HR to discuss relocation packages in the following week.

We're approaching the beginning of November and I haven't heard anything from HR. My manager has no idea what to tell me. TF ?

Not every remote employee has to relocate to NJ. Some can relocate to other hub locations.

Reach out to your manager, there are some business units with remote employees that do not live near an office that haven’t been officially provided the offer to relocate or severance.

Relocation package should have been provided, if not reach out to HR. Severance will come after relocation is not accepted since they need to determine knowledge transfer timeline and things. At least thats how it worked in my department.

Same for me. It is a joke. Or a ploy to get you to quit before you are officially laid off. Or gross incompetence. You pick
