@8jpb+19sYVZVF where is this company of inclusion and superior benefits. I would love to work there. I dont see anything new on my check or deposit into my fidelity account showing stock units for a job well done. Also, where is the 15% ESPP discount that was taken away or better yet the pay your fair share medical program for subpar medical coverage. You get to pay more for medical as you make more.
HR shill trying to candy coat the sh1tty benefits and culture of Fiserv.
Bank of America owns Merrill. Bank of American pays fiserv over $200 million to host payments, which have had huge quality issues. So fiserv moves the 401k to make up for it. Thanks for covering our mistakes employees !!!!!
In total benefits, base salary, employee stock purchase, cash and stock bonus, time off competitive with Fortune 500. Culture of inclusion, great leadership.
Yeah, that is why im looking for a good exit. The benefits s—.
Why can't Frank keep his greasy hands off of our 401K plans? It is a sad state of affairs that the 401K is a frequent target for cost savings:
- Transitioning from Vanguard to Merrill
- Slashing the match
- Transitioning from SEC-regulated mutual funds to unregulated shady "collective trusts"
How fat can Frank's pockets get? Will these savings be used to improve the match? Not a chance. This is a clear sign that the company's "imploding and going up in flames" rate is even higher than any of us suspected. And now using your own employees to advertise Clover? Embarrassing!
@4hys+19sYVZVF they just saying what we all thinkin
Talking about jeff Yabuki?
This does not surprise me. I once overhead some "leaders" using racial slurs and talking about female employees in a crude way. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
In 35 years you couldn’t find another job, sad
Nonsense, never heard anyone ever say something like that in 35 years...totally made of bs...try again lo-er!
I overheard some execs (SVP and above) on an unmuted line joking, “I got a 15 year, I got a 20 year”. Meaning they had fired people with that tenure and it was competitive for them. This “8 year” has since left the company
This always makes me laugh. Bottom line with the new management group, there are a lot of friends of friends in positions they are unqualified for, leading engineers that dont have a solid understanding of the complex legacy tech debt that Fiserv has. The employees that know the environment are leaving for new engineering roles to get fair pay, better medical, ESPP, and 401k matching. My two cents, this company does not care how long you have worked here and will not give a second thought to letting you go. Use the company to advance your career to get a better job elsewhere.
Run by JY.
A much better version vs the version run by accounting mgr my.
I think you mean, not my 401k match, not my ESPP but hey, it is your stock buy back program
