What value does ATC add to the business? ATC was an idea grandfathered from a previous CTO. ATC offers a lot of amenities like Privates chefs, and Hawks Box seats but no one is ever in the office. The California office has already been disbanded? Multiple WHQ teams report to managers in ATC as well which causes operational issues. It just doesn’t make sense.

How would restarting tech work?
Get rid of every person in tech and start all over. The place is rotten to the core with more than half of staff delivering nothing but resistance and slowdown. The size of Tech and performance is a joke
EC the head of ATC is a joke. The money they put into free meals, external vendors coming in WEEKLY for team building events....crazy.
The entitlement. I remember a time when Nike employees had to move to Oregon to prove themselves worthy to represent the swoosh.

Scheduling meetings with team mates in ATC is a pain. Either the entire team should be in ATC or WHQ. Split time zones is a mess.
