Pits assessment

Do PITA assessments look at metrics for just 2024 or do they look back at 2023? For example if you had a great 2023 but since 2024 just started, there may not be much metrics to go by yet. Just curious.

@2ojm+1qz1pwJm You really drank the Kool-Aid. From Mike Franks mouth to your lips... 'Your performance is your own'. You know your team have constant challenges yet you still trot out this trope. YOU. You the leader are responsible for your teams performance. Give the team the tools to do the job. If they can't do the job fire them honestly and for cause. The part about not having the power to give a bad PITA because you don't like them. That just flat wrong. There are so many categories on the PITA which are subjective and not objectivity based that it's laughable. If you get three or four people who get the same objective score, I know for a fact you will get down to the dirty floor and go with personality. It sounds to me that you are a terrible leader incapable of making unbiased decisions and wait for these PITA's to do your dirty work.

Leaders cannot RIF, PIP etc someone due to liking them or not. We do not have that kind of power and influence. Your performance is your own & is in Humana data.

They look at all kind of things and if your leaders don’t like you, it simply does not matter how good your performance is.

Depends on when it’s done. It’s a six month look back at performance.
