They have to be coming as well. Employees no longer have our benefits. E time was made for new kids to take non paid days off. There are at LEAST 6000 less heads to manage . Once they see us all off, they’re next to go. Why keep HR
“ figureheads” ( all they are ) when there are THOUSANDS less employees. Hope they’re not sitting too smugly in their cushy chairs to acknowledge that info. That’d be like trainers thinking they’re safe. Who ya training? Who’s left? The writing is on the wall.

Exactly what they said! I might ‘sound triggered’ supposedly but at least I don’t sound like I’m hoping people lose their jobs. 🤷♀️
You sound like you’re hoping it happens. I don’t want anyone to lose there job even if I lose mine. Maybe your energy would be better focused on you.
@3suv+1ndVWWVA You sound triggered
@3jmm+1ndVWWVA The person posting this also clearly has no info/ doesn’t know what’s going on. This is just an HR/training bashing post mocking HR and training.
@2juo+1ndVWWVA
You just said you don’t know what’s going on. So why post to mock those who HAVE info ?
There’s already been communications around trainers impacted… I’m not sure about HR. But you obviously have no clue what’s going on.
There have been plenty of HR layoffs. Every single round has included people across HR. Not sure what you’re talking about.
Good. HR is a worthless bunch of corporate shills.
