The union REPS in 13500 aren't interested in WFH. People in the actual centers are.... Every time we ask the reps if WFH is here to stay they say absolutely not.

News for you: we are already forced to go back to office! I saw teams getting food 🍩 and sharing among themselves. Perfect recipe for disaster.
The union ISNT going to send us back to an office. Right now, the negotiations are stuck on compensation for internet and office equipment, which departments qualify for WFH, and a contract extension. Work from home is a done deal, all they’re doing is fine tuning the details.
I just went on disability and get to WFH forever.
It's not going to do any good , the union and company had backroom deal not to keep WFH forever .
So everyone should call 13500?
Not true at all 13500 not interested in WFH
Not true at all , the union is just saying that to save face WFH is done for sure Oct .
