There is minimum salary for 602. 51K must for 601.

JP Morgan looks for Someone with a Master's in Computer Science, However, earnings are low, I was offered 51k for a help Desk analyst 602 position at CIB.
I know They have thousnands of people in India doing the sane job for 10k Annually
yet so many people in USA just like me with a B.S. in cybersecurity and we can't even get an interview for tier one help desk at JP Morgan Chase.
