Can my manager tell if I don’t take the survey?

Survey extended could only mean 1 thing….
It’s funny how we have a bunch of managers and directors here “correcting” knowledge about the survey but yet nothing gets done about moral
Especially if some enthusiastic people reply "I filled the survey"
Based on what is being said here, it sounds like managers may not know directly but it's fairly easy to figure out who submitted what if you don't have an overly large team.
That is not true as a team member of mine was spoken to by our manager about what they stated in the survey abt that manager. It was very unprofessional and proved that they are not anonymous.
Current manager with a very good relationship with Director for several years. We do not get information on who took the survey or who wrote comments. We only get how many people took it. So depending on the size of your team there can be a process of elimination but NO. NO NO NO NO NO no one gets your name if you did the survey or not. Everyone else on here is making cr-p up and full of it.
Current director - we only receive aggregated results if our team is a certain size or greater. We do not know if any individual has taken the survey.
It would be a good time to kiss some a$$
No. They know how many under them took the survey but not who speicfically
Former Fiserv Director here - Yes, managers know who completed the survey or not. The survey is marketed as 'confidental' which is not the same thing as anyomous. In the current state of Fiserv: 'confidential' = "public knowledge".
No. Somebody might (I have no idea!) but not your manager. I’m a manager and I haven’t got a clue.
Of course, they can tell who did and who did not submit, and your responses.
Perhaps by process of elimination... If you have a large team - maybe not.
Yes
