Has anyone heard about the new chief diversity officer? I’ve heard he’s terrible.
The whole HRLT is just a shitshow at this point with one or two notable exceptions

I haven't met him but feels like anyone else making 6+ figures and able to speak corporate. So... maybe some stability? How many D&I folks we've had in the past 3 years? 4? JS lasted liked 9 months. Dude went from Director to VP in less than 4 years, people should've saw this coming. He was under 30 and getting VP at that age, your ego must be absolutely massive.
well we went from 9 blonde ladies similar to the CHRO + another hire to another hire and a little less blonde. Same CHRO though… hmmmmmmmmmm. Wonder why.
New leader seems very promising. Complaints must come from people who prefer the status quo.
