The ceo made almost 20 million last year. He'll probably make around the same this year.

After I left HP as a CW, I did make $180k plus no furloughs and I did get some overtime pay.

I can see CWs getting paid at 100k because the agencies will probably take 70k and leave the rest to their employee.

It's quite literally a pyramid scheme.

Imagine the average salary at this company being over 100k. Oh wait, that is the average. The company’s main HQ is in California after all. So that 100k is more like 50k if you factor in cost of living.
