You did not go to the training! I’m mad at you!

@24d Kevin Norlin is without a doubt the worst sales leader I’ve ever witnessed. He doesn’t engage with customers, get out in the public, sit on panels or even have a strategy. He doesn’t even know how to allocate quotas. He just looks at dashboards. He’s the definition of useless.
KKR likely already regrets the EUC BU acquisition. Fixing our revenue and profitability challenges is taking more time and effort than they anticipated. Their team didn't learn from the BMC software deal that was a financial disaster. They're su-k with that dud deal.
@24d the CFO has called KKR’s investment debt and they are probably seeking another source of capital soon. If that doesn’t go through KKR will probably make bigger changes, as happens with private equity.
"Removing Norlin and replacing him will."
Who would take his place? No qualified outside candidate would take the job without a significant hiring bonus and exit payout guarantee. KKR would likely not approve it (due to cost). So, we would be stuck with yet another internal replacement sales leader.
The people most in need of training are our executive leadership team. KKR, are you listening? How much longer must we wait for you to act, starting with Shankar?
Training won't change our revenue decline. Removing Norlin and replacing him will.
