"Our 2023 State of Hybrid Work report found that only about 1 in 5 workers (22%) want to be in the office full time, with 37% wanting hybrid work options and 41% preferring to be fully remote," said Weishaupt.

So let the 59% who want to be in the office either full or part time go. That's more than half. That should be enough for the corporate tax break, EC.........

That’s what we’re calling this now, lol. Before COVID, plenty of people would just leave their coats, so it appeared they were in meetings.

@1mya+1qtCcQbF not at TDA. Tailgate into the building and take one of the 30+ exits out of the building none of which required badging to leave.

Yeh, wont work at Schwab since forever we've had to badge in and badge out. If you badge in without a badge out or badge out without a badge in it raises a flag in the monitoring systems and your manager is notified.

Some great quotes in this article
"Our 2023 State of Hybrid Work report found that only about 1 in 5 workers (22%) want to be in the office full time“

Further, he said the Owl Labs study found that more than half (58%) of hybrid workers are "coffee badging," while another 8% said they haven't done it yet but would like to try it.

Yet if a business finds most of its employees are coffee badging, that could reflect the need to reevaluate their organization's culture and work-from-home policies,"
