Disappointed in the nurse meeting today. No information on layoffs/reorg or AIP Just a blip that we are all stressed.

@1cmi+1qXuLP3K- that is laughable! I guess you CMs do UM too? Ha ha- I don’t think so! It takes a village to run Gumana and you aren’t a village.
@1zlo+1qXuLP3K sure do realize this, because we pick up the slack from most of the other departments.
OP- you do realize that Humana is much bigger than your department?
Is the company worse off than what they are letting on? It seems no other major healthcare player is going through what Humana is. There is no transparency what so ever. All this negativity will have long lasting effects. Perhaps the company will never be the same.
