I can tell you that I received my normal bonus 2 years ago. If you receive less than the paperwork states, then you need to send an e-mail to former lead or HR. Then maybe consult an attorney if that does not work. Read your paperwork. .

@1zei: Since rif employee is no longer with company, management give a developing rating which is why bonus is less and as their is no face to face yearly review need done as you are a former employee. Although Management / Director will tell rif is not performance based when letting you know u r riffed btw they sent you " Sync up" email on Thursday an hour or earlier. And then in All hands have crocodile tears and share the "sad news" with their direct/ indirect team about who got riffed. Although there are open head counts which they don't cut bcus Senior role or had hired head count few months before open not 1 but 2 head counts soon after the rif.
I only got half of what they told me I would get.
