Nationwide all Corp VZ retail stores cleared out all the inventory off the sales floor due to the riots and looting. So now we are working out of empty stores.. this is not going to help with retail recovery.

My first day back in retail was Monday. I think Verizon has over thought touchless retail! Most customers dont know how too use My Verizon app and when you use smart link they have issues! the old way of in store pickups was fast and effective, not this smart link authorization you see I'd and they're gone we are interacting more with these people even showing on their phones what to do , and yes we cant touch their phones. It ridiculous
@1xsu+15eT2rjx Recover how? I work retail, on one day this week I sold 12 phones. Queue ALL day. People will not stop going into retail, and phones are more important than internet to some people.
I heard tomorrows redeploy was cancelled
They should be cleared out anyway. During the covid crisis there is no reason to have stuff on display. We don’t want to facilitate any spread by customers touching stuff.
