Big bonuses all round
@1wp it’s all for self gain at this point for everybody. Can’t really blame them.
Everyone agrees that our executive leadership is incapable of fixing what's broken. Seems like they're all just holding on for retirement. No ideas, no enthusiasm, no credibility.
10% yearly in a performing company.
Sales in the enterprise and global customer base are only around 30-35% of the quota with one deal carrying the load. Meanwhile customers are leaving in favor of Microsoft, while Shankar and leadership still claims Microsoft as an opportunity. It’s laughable
We won't hear the true story about our financial results from Shankar. Private companies don't have to disclose like public companies. We already know what comes next. KKR folks are busy planning the next round of headcount cuts.
More of the same, sales going down, renew dropping like crazy, and the same managers around
