Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Humana town hall

Announced enhancements to data and showed how many positions will be reduced. Less work for quality auditors and others. Processes will be automated where they are now being done manually. This announcement comes days after a voluntary early retirement offered to employees 55+ with at least 10 years of service. In my state many senior level leaders opted for this early retirement so it appears upper level management was given warning of changes coming.

Where can you find the recent recorded Townhall meetings please. I can only find from 2017 and older on the Sharepoint site.

The town halls are recorded so it’s not secret knowledge. Also, there are hundreds of people on the Townhall meetings, sometimes thousands , I don’t think they’re going to target you.

@1wjp+1pXQiXlu- Town halls are public and many people attend so don’t think you’ll be targeted. Posting cryptic stuff on a lay off site is not helpful. Everyone with half a brain knows that automation is coming. You said they “showed how many positions would be reduced “ yet you don’t know what departments. All sounds fishy to me.

Because I don’t particularly want to be targeted for repeating what was discussed on the town hall call. And who says we were told which departments will be affected??

Why are you talking in code? Who made the announcement? What process will be automated? What dept?
