How fast did this site take down the post y about racism and revolt on DEI hiring? The responses on these and that thread indicates a clear problem at Nike and it’s being shoved under the rug .
Someone for real should take screenshots of this and pass it to the press. The level of denial is unreal
Lulu will do well. They've hired the best of the Nike exiles- and a few turds too.

Speaking of lululemon’s sewing division, they are coming for our footwear business with some of our best former employees.
Oregon is 80%+ white and Nike was also five years ago. Many of those experienced leaders were walked out, and replaced by people with no background in footwear. Now we can’t innovate, fairly clear to me.
If it wasn’t Lululemon maybe it was Adidas?

I do not know if you saw a previous thread when someone on H1B expressed concern and someone else wrote " well go back to your country!". My thread and that comment were deleted. But I promise you I do not work for lululemon.

Nike might be in denial, but they don't get to cherry-pick which posts stay or go since they don't run this site. Bummer, as they probably wish all those leaks and viral threads, like the one about Rat's departure, have never happened.
Read the site rules and it should be self-explanatory why the site mods delete some posts - mostly for the use of names or private info, doxxing, foul language, personal insults (towards individuals or groups), trolling, cyber-bullying, racism, talk about religion or politics.
As for the thread in question, I've happened to read it before it got pulled. It wasn't a constructive discussion about anything, it was basically just a whining ("oh my god, do we really have racists among us?") about obvious trolling (a couple of racist posts apparently made previously) topped up with more trolling/racist posts.
A lot has been deleted and it makes me question this site
