Noticed that a post regarding JG and his leadership skills and people leaving is now gone!!
How sad is it that Sr Managers have to police this site!!

@1vgf
For curiosity’s sake, how come the post itself that mentions JG did not get deleted?
It’s not like the site mods would one by one try to match all initials mentioned by users like “GW” and “JG” to the known public figures of that company and then specifically delete posts/comments that mention those while leaving others intact.
The actual (TLDR) content rules are in the footer of the page, but here is the summary of what kind of posts site mods usually delete:
that bullet number two is what gets most people in trouble, you start talking names here and they will nuke that post in no time.
(Not my post, it's a copy-paste from another forum board here, but I think is accurate).

@1tdx, all posts mentioning non-public figures either by name or initials are getting deleted by site mods. Otherwise, every disgruntled employee would have come here to bash his direct manager.
One of the replies to this post was deleted as I was reading g them.
I was recently made aware of this site and seeing the posts get deleted is a total testament that someone with some pull at Fiserv tells me that someone with some pull is reading them.
It is one thing to totally discount the employee survey results and comments. Quite another to get entire postings removed.
A Fiserv manager has been replaced by someone from JPMorgan (yet again).
Can someone summarize what’s going on?
I report as many posts as I have time for on here.
Typically posts are removed when the post violates one of the site's rules. Usually it is listing a name that is not a public figure.
It’s actually wild they police this so much. I created a post about DB at Clover being fired - just initials, and it was removed.
Maybe it was the he couldn’t run a Lemonade stand comment. Whatever, they can delete all they want he’ll still be an id--t.
Well that hurt JGs little feelings
