Narcissism is the only explanation for sending weekly videos of yourself in a sleeveless workout shirt to the entire CX org. I'm guessing he thinks it makes him "cool" or impresses us that he's outside, but really it's hard for us to imagine having no self-cringe-radar. The cost of PC replacements in CX must be enormous, cause I want to smash my computer every Saturday when he sends the video over. Each Monday I just hope that my face is not locked into a permacringe stance because I don't want customers to have to feel my pain. Andy, please help CX because this is the most feckless leader I've encountered in my career.

Believe me, I have a lot of reasons to dislike AYX... but as a former Alteryx CSM, I liked BTH.
He saw through the career politicians who were contributing nothing (people like Daniel T in the UK) and moved them on swiftly.
He saw through the waste of time implementation of Gainsight and was planning to remove it.
Could his delivery be better? Yes. Could he be a more effective people person? Yes.
Was he trying to affect changes that would improve AYX? Also yes.
@1v9 Andy and Michelle have little to no history of actually succeeding. Maybe Usertesting is one case where they offloaded a company they took from cash flow positive and drove off a cliff. They were only successfull selling to a private equity firm because it got itself in trouble and then they lingered until they were finally cut loose. They also ruined Act-On. They're a couple of SFDC has beens who have no experience actually running a business successfully and now they have secured a reputation for trying to offload garbage companies because it's the only jobs they can get.
@1v9 Has Andy brought in his bestie Satterwhite and has he brought in all levels of his family to take over roles they have no experience working in? Usertesting 2.0

Andy coming in is the result of our PE sponsors scouring their Rolodex to find a CEO who they can tell what to do and whose sole mission in this job is to MAKE OUR PE SPONSORS MONEY. If he does that, he will make a share of that money for himself, while having brought in and employed many of his cronies and colleagues from past gigs, giving everyone gainful employment for a few years.
It's a win-win.
PE recoups their investment and makes money.
Andy and his close confidants make money.
Cronies come in and make money.
What's not to like?

Since you are OBVIOUSLY ignorant to IT and Computer history, here is my disclaimer for you lemmings SO WORRIED about shouting. Duh!
WE created digital communications BEFORE PC based email creators that ignored current industry standards when call HIGHLIGHTED text shouting.
Style notation: Having worked in IT before the creation of email, I use CAPITALIZATION for EMPHASIS, not shouting. The email shouting standard was created without any consulting of those industries already having standards for electronic communications, so I maintain the original practice. So do NOT take it as yelling!
