Could those STEM kids work on platform availability maybe?
So, let's separate symptom from disease. RTO/WFH is a large dissatisfier on this site and across the enterprise. The post COVID steps were handled clumsily and wrapped in a rigid vaccine policy--driven by aggressive RTO. Those decisions alienated a lot of workers. The site strategy focus, esp the emphasis on NJ site has been executed (perfect word) far too aggressively and quickly--leaving thousands of tenured resources without jobs and knowledge and bandwidth gaps across the enterprise. Those decisions alienated a lot of workers--those gone and those who remain. The waffling on days in office and inconsistency (which may or may not be codified now as "majority of time") caused confusion, miscommunication, over-reactions and fear--underlined by Sapience and badge reporting. Those decisions alienated a lot of workers. FB announcing on one of the earnings Town Halls that he doesn't pay attention to the stock price--then crowing that we aren't FIS after their drop--comes off as a bit disingenuous. Those words alienated a lot of workers. The October RIF with the expense reduction talking points, contrasting with the multiple NJ ribbon cuttings and boasting of hiring volumes don't match. There is a growing polarization in the workforce--creating a saddle curve for engagement. A great shift to the negative side, but have to acknowledge there is a contingent who are strongly engaged positively (and no, not all HR shills posting here)...but not sure how big that group is or how honest they are embracing this new (ab)normal. The made-for PR moments around STEM classes or veterans awards are nice snippets, but the basic blocking and tackling on platform support, client metrics, associate engagement all seem lacking. I know it doesn't make sense in a business context, but the place has lost its soul.
I live how the reason for every negative post is the work from office issue.
Bad or no communication - WFH
Client dissatisfaction - WFH
Layoff and loss of knowledge - WFH
Uncaring upper management in our day to day with no connection to who we are or what is happening - your just disgruntled about our RTO.
Get a new horse. This one is dead! Some of these complaint stem from the RTO directive, but not all. Your not only losing the battle on RTO, your losing the war on mediocrity.
So 44,000 - 200 + 60 kids.

Disagree... kids can see through things and know when people are fake. Lol
What does a STEM program for 5 to 7 graders have to do at all with the dumpster fire that is Fiserv? Aside from the fact that those kids are probably the only ones our corporate leadership id--ts can still impress, most other employees loathe you all in a senior position and higher.
I think the environment is terrific --- just ask the 60 kids and their parents who attended a STEAM education program for grades 5-7. Nothing like this program anywhere in corporate America. Sad you just can't be truthful. You don't like the companies policy on working from an office a reasonable majority --- just be honest you don't need to resort to superlatives.
