Question I know that with thirty years you can retire without penalty at any age but can you retire with 25 years if your over 50 years of age without penalty also?

The penalty is gone with the last contract.

6% penalty for every year under 55 yrs. of age. More specifically. .5% penalty per month.
I guess that depends on your wife, who you now have to be home with.
