I will do my work and wait to be let go. Or wait until I am ready to look for another job. I will never stop working 100% remote. Note: Fiserv has thousands of people still working 100% remote. These people will quit, if asked to come in.

Also, the word you're looking for is "drivel". Unless you think remote workers are just going outside and shooting hoops in the driveway during work time? Only the best and brightest lol.
Just because you sit in an office all day with your thumb in your rear, it doesn't make you a "good" employee. My money says nearly every remote worker, including me, outworks and outperforms you on a daily basis. And as each one of us leaves for better offers, Frankserv slips a little bit deeper into the trash heap.
It's sad watching a place that used to be decent to work at crater. Great job execs!

They will quit even if they are told they do not have to come in. When Fiserv loses the employee's trust, it no longer matters what Fiserv says.
I'm part of a "badge club" where we badge each other in on alternating weeks and the security guard at my location not only knows what is going on, but doesn't care. He actually laughed and said "that's a good idea!"
