The lack of transparency should not be a surprise and is likely intentional to mitigate people from jumping ship before they are ready to transfer responsibilities to personnel in India.

A large knowledge and skills gap already exists from the loss of experienced personnel at Reinvent (and earlier layoffs). It’s only going to get worse with this move and when Reinvent shares vest in 2025. Unfortunately a large portion of leadership is no longer technically competent enough to understand this or care.

@1tlr I'd be interested to know your department if your line says they don't know. This has been wo ked for almost 2 years and the function was asked for a strategy to ensure it was going to work. If they don't know it's probably because they aren't connected because it is definitely there.

The “ask the boss” mantra is fascinating…. My boss and my boss’s boss and his boss have no clue and are still working it out!…..It is thoroughly unbelievable!

Meanwhile they wonder why the pulse scores are low with the permanent sword of Damacles continually hanging over multiple employees……Very psychologically safe!
